We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
IT PMO Associate Manager
Location: Kraków
Key Accountabilities:
Organize and take part in meetings concerning project activities
Track, monitor, report project progress to Project Manager
Identify and escalate potential risks and issues
Control changes
Support governance of projects by creating Clarity reporting, project demand vs supply etc.
Generate and update necessary documents on ongoing basis (including requirement specifications, contracts, schedules, meeting agendas, minutes and status reports)
Assure adequate communication and timely Management Information to all project work streams
Financial control :
AOP budget definition, actuals & reforecasts follow-up, on RTB and CTB (tool GPDM / Clarity)
Direct costs and recharge to the business costs, in relation with Finance
Project portfolio management :
Consolidation of new idea outlines coming from the business, linkage with the BP IDs, and financial controls of these projects
Inventories :
Coordination of IT inventories updates (requested from Global / Regional), and in relation with IT Service owners in the team
Evergreening : follow-up of forecasted obsolescence of systems
Risks :
Monthly updates / new risks to be registered : in relation with local BRC and regional / global requests
Procurement :
Follow-up of contracts that need to be renewed, purchase order to be placed
Requirements:
Excellent understanding of the project lifecycle
Awareness of Quality and Processes best practice techniques
Experience in Project Management methodology
Knowledge of Project Office or Clarity Workbench
Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills
Excellent decision making, problem solving ability, readiness for process/project change
Sound judgmental skills to identify and proactively resolve problems
Experience of managing resources using appropriate communication, delegation and planning skills
Experience in controlling quality within IT projects and quality assurance activities
Experience in MI Reporting, excellent analytical skills
English speaker: Fluent level that will enable her/him to participate directly in meetings, to be included in any correspondence.
Good level of seniority: Someone autonomous, able to liaise with a large number of actors, from local, regional or global, able to dig and find the information requested. Rigorous follow-up of queries that can last over time without losing focus.
