On behalf of our client, internationally recognized financial institutionand solutions provider that is opening new IT Knowledge Centre in Krakow, we are currently looking for candidates interested in a position of Systems Business Analyst. Our Client is presentin about 17 citiesthroughout Noth America, Europe and Asia.
The purpose of this role is tocooperate with technical and business user groups. It involves participation in all phases of the systems development life cycle – from project scoping, planning and requirements definition to issues resolution, testing, training and implementation.
Successful candidatewill be responsible for developing clear methodology documents, workflow analysis and dataflow diagramming, reviewing and assisting with project workflows, reviewing business requirements documents, facilitating the definition of functional requirements by working with programmer analysts and users, translating and presenting project concepts for business and technical audiences. As Systems Business Analyst you will be also responsible for ensuring that methodology is followed for project, providing feedback, coordinating and supporting communications surrounding both systems and user acceptance testing for assigned project, identifying and eliminating miscommunications between business and technical project team members.
We are looking for Candidates who are fluent in English and holdBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, and/or equivalent work experience. Candidatesneed tohave from 3 to 5 years financial services experienceand good understanding of full life-cycle methodology of systems development. Moreover, successful Candidates must have great exposure to project work and project planning, ability to analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement, ability to create presentations using software such as Microsoft PowerPoint and ability to use standard desktop tools effectively (Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office).
