On behalf of our Client, growing international finance company located in Krakow, we are currently looking for Candidates interested in IT Business Analyst Lead role.
Your new role
As IT Business Analyst Lead you will work together with the Business, Change Management and System Developers to understand and clarify business requirements to define functional and non-functional specification for Finance long-term (strategic) and short-term projects. You will develop proof-of-concept or prototypes to help crystallise business rules, processes and functions. Also, you will seek opportunities to make the Finance’s business processes more effective and efficient across business lines and regions as well as standardize these processes. Moreover, you will review and manipulate trade and market data to understand the variety of scenarios that need to be catered for and prepare test packs as well as you will provide input to test plans and testing strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful Candidate you must have min. 2-3 years of relevant experience as IT Business Analyst in corporate environment. You must have finance and IT background, good understanding of SDLC as well as finance and banking processes. You must have experience in translating business requirements and documenting functional & non-functional specifications. Moreover, you must have good skills in MS Access, Excel & Oracle or Sybase or SQL Server SQL. Due to work in international environment you must have fluent English language skills.
