Support Specialist

Workplace: Wrocław
Region Name: dolnośląskie

Responsibilities:

 

Helpdesk

  • Answer the IT Helpdesk phone, voicemail and handling of IT Helpdesk e-mail
  • Log calls in our Helpdesk system
  • Determine source of trouble
  • Assign tasks to IT staff
  • First & second and partly third line support
  • Communication with end-users and other helpdesks

Desktop/Telecom Support

  • Analyzing and solving incidents 2nd and partly 3rd line
  • Communicate status with end user regularly
  • Escalate when appropriate and cooperate with third parties
  • Support of office applications, Desktop OS’s and hardware, peripherals & printers
  • User Administration (AD/Exchange and in house applications)
  • Support on telephone end user equipment (both for the office & call centre environment)
  • Change Management
  • Projects
  • Support during the quarterly ACN conventions
  • Telecom watchdog duties

Administrative

  • Order management
  • Maintain CMDB & License administration
  • Hardware servicing
  • Maintain IT Standards
  • Develop and maintain Procedures
  • Administration of personal IT-equipment (mobile devices)

Wymagania

Requirements:

 

  • Excellent communications, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows Desktop Operating Systems
  • Good knowledge of Desktop hardware and peripherals
  • Familiar with networking technology and principles
  • Self-starter, but also a team player
  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in a service environment
  • Experience in an office ICT environment
  • Knowledge about / experience with Windows server administration
  • Knowledge of ITIL
  • Experience with working in projects
