Opis stanowiska pracy
As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for handling customer’s technical issues regarding products we provide. The main challenge on that position is to deeply analyze each support use case and be able to find a reason for the particular software behavior. On the daily basis you will cooperate with developers and customers mainly via email but occasionally also via phone.
Wymagania
- Good knowledge of Windows
- Knowledge of Linux OS (a plus)
- Knowledge of FlexNet license servers (a plus)
- Ability to read license servers logs and error logs
- Willingness to learn new skills and solve issues to the very end
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Communicative English skills
