For our Client - international manufacturing company based in Tychy we are looking for Supply Chain Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Set up production planning and ensure accurate match between production planning and supply of materials.
- Monitor purchasing of materials and services in accordance with stock conditions as determined internally.
- Supervise stock management and supply inventory.
- Manage transport and storage and provide cost controlling.
- Participate actively in continuous improvement activities in cooperation with other plant managers.
- Manage Logistics/Supply Chain team, develop and evaluate team members.
- Participate actively in continuous improvement activities (quality, prices for purchasing and consumption strategies) in cooperation with other plant managers and Site/General Manager.
- Observe all local and Company safety policies and procedures as well as housekeeping requirements, GMP standards and internal regulations.
- Perform miscellaneous related duties as assigned.
We expect:
- Knowledge of Logistics/Supply Chain Management (Planning, Logistics, Procurement). – Mastery Knowledge
- Knowledge of Accounting and Inventory of current local tax laws. – Advanced Know.
- Knowledge of GMP standards and BOS procedures. – Advanced Knowledge
- Knowledge of General Management (Finance, Sales & Marketing, HR). – Advanced Knowledge
- Computer skills (MS Office) and ERP knowledge (SAP). – Average Knowledge
- Knowledge of English. – Advanced Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position in manufacturing.
