Our Client is an international automotive producer of components. Due to the start-up of a new factory in Poland company is looking for a skilled Supply Chain Manager to develop supply chain processes by offering a world class business solution.
As a Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible and lead the MP&L department to fulfill the assigned tasks and goals. You will collaborate with third party logistics, collaborate in establishing and controlling logistics costs, manage an optimal inventory management. You will propose targets based on business priorities and implement agreed changes and best practices in processes and methods to meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets. You will effectively communicate with internal partners, shares information, respects health and safety rules at work, and adheres to the manager's instructions.
To be chosen for the role you will need to be able to display a strong track record in management or leadership in logistics, MP&L, supply chain in an international context and in a manufacturing environment. We need an experienced manager in logistics engineering & materials flow processes with knowledge of Production Planning. You must also possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a bright and enthusiastic attitude, be self-starter/initiative. We need manager with flexibility and adaptability and process improvement approach. You will need a strong working knowledge of SAP for Logistics and Materials, MRP system (its logic needed to perform the function). English fluency is a must.
