We are looking for Senior Supply Chain Manager who will become key person, reporting directly to Managing Director. The individual will be responsible for supply chain processes, infrastructure and enablers to drive capabilities that will enhance supply chain performance. The Senior Supply Chain Manager will work cross functionally with Operations, Finance and Sales teams to meet all established KPI’s, including delivering against product and service level agreements and cost objectives. EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Legal or another related field
- 10+ years of supply chain management experience required
- Food manufacturing experience required
- Strong negotiation skills along with excellent writing skills; strong analytical and complex problems solving skills
- Highly developed communication and supervisory/leadership skills along with management experience
- Fluent English
ABOUT YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop supply chain strategies and processes implementation to meet customer needs and company’s growth
- Ensure effective forecasting, master planning, scheduling of production and deployment of finished goods to the marketplace at targeted service, inventory and customer satisfaction levels
- Responsible for the execution of supply plan to meet customer demands
- Identify, analyze problem areas, supply chain risks, root causes and implement corrective actions for continuous improvements
- Evaluate and overseeing vendor relationships with a strategic enterprise view, including soliciting information and feedback about vendors and tracking that information for future utilization of the vendor; benchmarking the quality of the goods, price and any potential risks with vendors
- Create a collaborative relationship with key suppliers to make sure they become partners in the success of our Supply Chain, using virtual social collaborative sites.
- Support each business units to ensure that the organization is receiving the best pricing and terms, including overseeing bidding process within the organization
- Develop, motivate and manage a high performing supply chain team
- Develop and monitor KPIs and data for the areas of responsibility
