Our client is a professional Healthcare and Medical Devices organization, based in Brussel Belgium.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
In this role you are responsible for the optimization and management of the supply and demand in Europe. You will report to the Supply Chain Director.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Sales and Operations Process for the assigned portfolio
- Partner with other departments (Marketing, sales, operations, finance) on the implementation of different projects
- Lead and manage team of supply chain planners, analysts by training, mentoring, and rewarding performance.
- Be responsible for forecasting including the sales and financial predictions
- Actively participate in setting up KPI’s
- Manage information flows and stake holder relations
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor of Master in a related field
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a supply chain manager
- 3-5 years experience in supply chain or logistics
- Proven people management skills
- Fluent in English and Dutch
