Supply Chain Lead
For our Client, an international pharmaceutical and healthcare company, we are looking for an experienced Supply Chain professional who will take overall responsibility for all supply chain related functions and processes in Poland.
Client Details
The purpose of this role is to implement a newly invented supply chain set up in the country, maintain and improve it in order to drive overall -operations efficiency, effectiveness, compliance & safety at minimum cost.
Description
- Lead Supply Chain team and ensure timely execution of warehouse operations in full compliance with GDP, SOX, trade and other local regulations
- Oversee and mature External Warehousing Operation and other third party providers
- Own Supply Chain business processes in Poland and work in close coordination with European Hubs
- Manage in country activities for product life-cycle events like launches and variations to ensure on-time supply and compliance at all times
- Apply continuous improvement principles while designing, implementing and sustaining SC solutions and projects
Profile
- Master degree or equivalent related to Supply Chain/Logistics, Change Management or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience gained in a highly regulated environment, preferably pharmaceutical sector
- Supply chain expertise (planning, life cycle management, cold chain distribution)
- Solid experience in project management across departments and geographies
- Experience managing third party suppliers
- Fluency in Polish & English, both oral and written communications
- Open to travel up to 30% of the time
