THE COMPANY
Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Baden-Württemberg Germany.
I'm currently looking for a Supplier Quality Manager for one my clients. The company is one of the market leaders in developing and producing medication for rare diseases. The position as SQM will be located in the greater Konstanz area and is to be filled immediately on a permanent base.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
In the role as Supplier Quality your main task will to build up a Supplier Quality System and negotiate Quality Agreements with third parties. You'll also be responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of the local Quality Management System. You'll work with and directly report to the Head of Quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Representative in Quality matters to business partner
Negotiation of Quality Agreements with third parties
Risk and Product Quality reviews
Complaint and Change Control Management
Involvement in audits and quality meetings of contract manufacturers
Supplier based deviations
Maintenance and continuous improvement of the local Quality Management System
Responsibility for process improvements initiatives
REQUIREMENTS
Master degree in pharmacy, chemistry or a similar natural science
Multiple years' relevant work experience in the Quality department within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Excellent knowledge of GMP regulations as well as the conduction of audits
Very good language skills in English and Germany (orally and written)
Ability to work in interdisciplinary and international teams
Very good knowledge in Microsoft Office and the use of electronic tracking systems and databases
