Our client is a professional Biotechnology organization, based in Germany.
This is a young, very fast growing company. They are constantly innovating and improving their products.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will work at a supervisor within the production department. This is a new and very important position. You will make sure that everything within the production goes well.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scheduling personnel
- Providing assistance in determining the size of the workforce
- Make sure that the production runs smoothly
- Solving problems within the production
- Personnel responsibilities for the employees
- Support qualification, validation, optimization of automated systems
- Work in projects to improve the production
REQUIREMENTS
-Knowledge of biotechnology regulations (such as GxP, laws and instructions)
-Experience with qualified pharmaceutical production (technician)
-Experience within the laboratory (biology/chemistry)
-Technical skills and laboratory system skills
-Excellent communication in English and German
-GMP knowledge
