We have an excellent opportunity for Candidates interested in the position of Strategic Buyer Central Europe. Our Client is a global prestigious FMCG Company that dynamically develops its international Procurement Team in Poland. The position is located in Warsaw.
Strategic Buyer Central Europe will be responsible for purchasing activities within Factory & Sites services, Capital, MRO categories and will service 20 manufacturing plants in the region. He/she will initiate and participate in regional projects. Strategic Buyer will manage supplier relationships and will be responsible for saving delivery and quality optimization. The scope of the duties will also include developing category strategies to optimize spend as well as sourcing and managing appropriate key players and solutions for the category. The candidate will also monitor supply agreements which mitigate business risk and secure the best price, quality and performance.
We are looking for Candidates with few years of experience in indirect sourcing or purchasing of goods and services. To succeed in this role you will need excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills as well as fluent command of English. Ideal candidate has around 2-3 years of experience in procurement within MRO/ Capital categories but the Client is open for general indirect procurement experience.
