On behalf of our Client - Eltel Networks – a leader in its sector- we are currently seeking Candidates to a global GSS newly established in Gdańsk, for the position of STP (source-to-pay) Accountant with Danish.
Your new role
Holding the position of STP Accountant you will be expected to ensure timely, effective and efficient processing of vendor invoices, internal payment demands and other requests related to supplier invoices. The main focus will be to monitor and follow-up on invoices pending resolution and/or approval and dun debtors vendors to obtain the cash. Moreover, you will be responsible for processing supplier and intercompany invoices, managing payments related activities, exceptions in payments, urgent payment requested and resolution of rejected payments and supplier returns. The position also requires performing month end closing activities and vendor statement reconciliation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have a University degree (educational background in accounting/economic is an asset). Adequate understandings of ERP environment as well as at least 1 year experience in accountancy is a must. Good communication skills in Danish as well as fluency in English are required. The ideal Candidate will be a pragmatic person with strong analytical skills, service orientation and proactive attitude.
