The Manager plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store, maintain statistical and financial records, deal with customer queries and complaints, oversee pricing and stock control. Maximize profitability and meet sales targets, include motivate staff. Maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environment.
What do you need to be successful
We are looking for Candidates with minimum 4 years of experience in retail on managerial position, gained in a premium brands. To be successful in this role, you’ll need strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Demonstrating strong problem solving skills through ability to diagnose and implement solutions. Good business awareness for achieving successful performance and fluency in English.
