Your new role
We are currently looking for Store Director. Our client is an international luxury brand which is now entering the Polish market. As Store Director you will be responsible for leading and inspiring the team to deliver sales and profit results, hiring and developing the best talent to meet the business requirement, delivering profit expectations by managing expenses, exceeding sales and key metric targets. The Store Director will be commercial minded, with ability to inspire and lead a team, able to work in fast paced environments, and guarantee the highest standards of Brand Presentation.
What you'll need to succeed
We expect minimum 3 years’ experience in managerial roles (background in fashion/ beauty retail chains will be an asset), strong organization skills, excellent communication skills and ability to motivate staff. Ability to finding new solution and to being pro-active are crucial. In order to be eligible for the role, you will be a passionate and personable manager that has previous experience working within a busy environment.
