For our Client, well known company from real estate sector, we are currently looking for people on the position of Statutory & Tax Accountant!
Successful Candidate will be responsible for full scope of Reporting activities, provision of accurate and timely financial information to the Group in accordance with relevant statutory, regulatory and group reporting requirements. Moreover, you will beworking on everything that is related to "statutory and fiscal reporting", mainly VAT reporting, preparation of Financial Statements, preparation of Corporate Income Tax returns, some finance related statistic reporting. On a daily basis you will coordinate with external auditors, with internal departments like the accounting teams within Europe.
Ideal Candidate should have at least 3 years of total experience (in financial accounting, reporting or audit), Master Degree preferably in Finance, very good Excel knowledge as well as very good English. Understanding of financial principles (IFRS), financial accounting and control are required, knowledge of tax is also desirable. We are looking for professionals with excellent time management and analytical skills, who are able to work independently and adjust to changing environment.
