For our Client - big American company - we are looking for experienced Candidates to join it's new SSC structures as a Tax Manager.
Responsibilities includepreparation and submission of US GAAP tax accounting, timely preparation and filling of corporation tax returns for all the companies, timely preparation and filling of the VAT returns, dealing with the payroll tax queries, managing the relationship and deliverables from outsourced tax providers/advisers, preparation of tax notes for local statutory accounts. Candidate on this position will be in charge of the team of Tax Accountants and will be responsible for reviewing and managing all tasks performed by the Tax Team.
To be successful you needto be a qualified tax advisor with al least 5 years of post qualification experience in Big 4 or large multinational companies, as well as 3 years of experience in people management. You need to be familiar with US GAAP, UK VAT and IFRS. Candidate must have highly developed organizational skills and ability to cooperate with various departments in fast paced environment. Knowledge of Oracle, General Ledger and MS Office applications is a plus. Fluent English is a must.
