A production company is launching its Financial Services Centre (AP/AR/GL) in Poznań.
Your new role
Head of SSC is responsible for leading, managing and further developing the SSC operations. Set and implement clear strategic vision, define performance objectives and ensure effective business planning processes in the shared service center. The Head holds accountability for SSC results, budget and success, and for delivering high quality services to the business. He/she has a key and highly visible role in the finance department and with the Business, focusing on processes and people development, process transition and optimization. Ensure KPIs are clearly defined per process and compliance with internal policies, SLA and external legislation. Liaise with Stakeholders and auditors. Make final decisions regarding day to day business operations and service delivery, Ensure provision of timely, accurate and complete performance management information. This role forms a critical part of the long-term planning for the finance leadership team, being responsible for the Finance processes: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger. The SSC Manager also acts / is responsible for the site.
What you'll need to succeed
10+ years of professional experience in the area of F&A services including at least 2 years of managerial experience as a Head/Director of SSC/BPO, Master Degree in Finance, Economics or other relevant subject / MBA, Proficiency in English is essential, Experience in an international environment, practical knowledge of SLAs and workload management, ability to communicate with Stakeholders. Human relations, communication, guidance and leadership skills. Experience in running transactional processes, including process optimization and transition.
