Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Gelderland Netherlands.
For a fast growing company I'm currently looking for a Sr. Manager External Manufacturing who will be responsible for 4 TPM's within Europe.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
For this role I'm looking for an ambitious professionals with a background in Quality or Production who wants to make their next step in his/her career. In this role you're responsible for managing the TPM's on the field of production and quality. You know the ins and outs of the production processes and quality standards in the dairy industry and you know how to transfer your knowledge on a efficient way.
You are the first point of contact for the TPM's. Therefore you are flexible, know how to build good relationships with the managementteams of the TPM's and can support in the right way when needed. You have a strong focus on efficiency, maintaining high quality standards and cost reduction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Maintaining high quality standards
-Improve efficiency of processes
-Build strong relationships with the external manufacturers
-First point of contact for TPM's
-Directly report to the Operations Director
REQUIREMENTS
-Bachelor in Science (Engineering, Food Technology or something similar)
-Proven record of working with TPM's
-Knowledge of the dairy industry
-Strong knowledge of quality standards
-Willing to travel
