Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Netherlands.
This company is a well-known multinational with multiple plants world wide. For this innovative producer in the Food Industry I'm currently looking for an ambitious Maintenance Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementation of the maintenance strategy over 7 site's within Europe.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Sr. Maintenance Manager Europe you're responsible for the development and implementation of the maintenance strategy over 7 site's located in Europe. You will be working closely together with the Management Teams on the site's to support the implementation and building and delivering of the maintenance budget. As Sr. Maintenance Manager Europe you will be responsible for introducing the right tools, processes and KPI's to keep an eye on the progress of the strategy's implementation and performances.
For this role I'm looking for an ambitious Maintenance Manager with strong communication skills, who knows how to deal with different stakeholders. In this stand-alone position you show initiative with starting up projects and know how to work in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.
Due to the site's which are spread over Europe, there has to be willingness to travel +/-70% of the time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Development and implementation of the Maintenance Strategy and Asset Care Programs
-Monitoring the processes and introduce KPI's to control the progress of the strategy's implementation and performances
-Directly report to the Engineering Director
-Visit site's on regular base
-Closely working together with the Management Teams
-Introduce different Maintenance Tools
REQUIREMENTS
-Strong communication skills: know how to manage different stakeholders, persuade and have strong presentation skills
-Education in Engineering (minimum bachelor level)
-Willingness to travel 70% of the time
-Fluently in English
-Experience in working within large multinationals
-Relevant experience in the Food Industry (strong requirement)
