For our Client – international organisation MARS Global Services (factories based in Poznań, Warszawa, Sochaczew) we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of SQL Analyst (Supply Quality Assurance Analyst) with English and IT skills. Mars Global Services is a part of Mars Incorporated with popular brands like M&M's, Twix, Milky Way, Snickers, Whiskas, Pedigree, Royal Canin, Orbit.
Workplace: Poznań, Warszawa or Sochaczew
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifies correlations/patterns to unlock potential for: quality improvements, risks, synergies, efficiency gains, COGS etc.; drives and applies predictive analytics to anticipate crisis, non-conformances etc.; drives and applies analytical tools to optimize specs and processes; key contact and SQA project lead for MVP development and further project implementation aiming at applying new data management and automation tools to SQA; ensures efficient resource allocation in the SQA team by developing and implementing risk evaluation tools for building and maintaining a likelihood of occurrence data base and Delphi 2.0; fully understands data sources and provides accurate reporting.

EDUCATION&EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Bioinformatics, Economics Statistics; 1-2 years of experience in driving continuous improvement projects with a multi-functional team; experience of Master Data Management or Data Architecture; passion for systems and data; background in the BI, Information; Data, Analytics (preferably); experience in Python, R, Jmp or equivalent (preferably).
