They build a Customer Care Operations SSC with the aim of delivering high quality Order to Cash & Supply Chain support. Over 400 Customer Care Representatives working in their Warsaw office cooperate closely not only with partners from all Western European countries, but also international locations all over the world.

 

As a Order Specialist responsible for the German or French market, you will provide day-to-day support in the Order-To-Cash as well as Supply Chain Back Office processes through analytical and operational support.

Position:

Junior Order Specialist with German or French or Italian

Ref.: SSC_GER_FRA/2017

 

We offer you a position where you will have a chance to improve patients’ lives by supporting our Customers by:

  • Order entry and processing – main responsibility,
  • Communication with Front Office and sales teams in the country you are serving,
  • Communication with Customer Care, Supply Chain, Logistics and Transport departments,
  • Working on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives,
  • Supporting implementation of improvements for process efficiency and quality,
  • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of products and services offered.

 

YOUR PROFILE

  • Min. 1-3 years of work experience customer service, ideally in a multicultural environment ( BPO/SSC – Back Office),
  • Very good German or French or Italian (B2) language skills,
  • Good English (B1),
  • Computer literacy and very good typing skills,
  • Good communication skills and proactive personality,
  • Team player & flexible, but able to work independently,
  • Solution minded & customer focused.
