Specjalista ds. Controllingu HR
Lokalizacja: PoznańResponsibilities:
Preparation of the company’s employee reporting
- Make plausibility checks of HR data
- Assign employees to the respective Business Unit
- Prepare upload file of employee data to company's system
- Review feedback from legal entities and clarify differences
- Check HC reporting in the system for completeness and correctness
- Prepare ad hoc analysis and answer HC related questions
- Prepare worldwide reporting
- Prepare input for annual report/workers council and other stakeholders
Initiate and coordinate cost charging in order to ensure clean cost center management
- Manage incoming requests related to invoices or cost charging
- Check the Expense Vouchers according to guideline and send the invoices to the liable cost centers
- Answer questions to the invoices for intercompany stakeholders
- Do ongoing check on accuracy and ensure standard reporting incl. approval/required adjustments
Qualifications:
- Proficiency knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access)
- Advanced user skills in process specific parts of HR IT systems and SAP
- In-depth knowledge of international assignment and business trip procedures incl. corresponding risks and obligations
- Ability to be detail oriented with very good time/project management
- Ability to process data with high accuracy, make good judgement and take quick decision
- Ability to administer, coordinate, keep track of a broad range of stakeholders in the process whose combined professional services culminate in successful global mobility service delivery
- Ability to build productive working relationships with others
- Fluent English skills, written and spoken
- 1 - 2 years of experience in scope of HR mobility management process or in Finance, Accounting & Controlling
