Sourcing Team Leader
Location: Bratislava, Slovakia or Prague, Czech RepublicJOB DESCRIPTION:
Sourcing Team Leader has responsibility to manage Sourcing team with a key role in the growth of the business and in customer satisfaction.
He/she participates and contributes to winning new business by providing expected delivery (candidates) by creating and executing the staffing strategy. At the same time has the full responsibility for management and development of dedicated on site recruitment team - builds a team, provides direction, coaches and develops.
An ideal candidate will demonstrate deep IT recruitment experience, customer facing skills and ability to lead the team.
Responsibilities:
Sourcing role:
- Leading sourcing team
- Executing staffing strategy in order to fulfill sourcing period objectives
- Provide sourcing team with job description and scope of work for vacancies
- Cooperation with sourcing team in search and recruitment
- Operational calls to validate and qualify key criteria before presenting to customer
- Organizing internal Technical interview and customer interview
- Providing feedback to sourcer about scheduled interviews
Customer facing role:
- Attends customer meetings both in prospection and delivery phase to take the customer order (requirements)
- Assign resources for new openings
- Collects and analyzes regular information from customers in order to precise and adjust vacancy requirements
People management:
- Annual appraisal meetings with sourcing team, insures that objectives, bonus plan and individual education are processed for each team member
- Mentoring and people development
Quality and Reporting:
- Ensures correct usage of NATEK Internal tools
- Trains and ensures adherence to Sourcing processes
- Last period result analysis
- Next quarter forecast and objectives
Requirements:
- MA/MS degree with 5 years of experience in IT Technical recruitment and customer facing role
- Familiarity with social networks such as LinkedIn, Goldenline, Facebook
- Experience opening new accounts through recruiting efforts
- Strong leadership, supervisory and organizational skills and ability to motivate people.
- Ability to focus and prioritize in a fast growing business environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Positive, enthusiastic, problem solving, creativity
- Fluency in English, other language as French or German is a plus
