We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Solutions and Platform Architect
Location: Kraków
Key Accountabilities:
Define and communicate commercially aware architecture designs for solutions in accordance to design authority governance
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal for technical and non-technical audiences
Provide governance on architecture. Design, implement standards and target operating models for IT activities
Ability to manage Proof of concepts, exploratory projects to identify, evaluate and eventually adopt most suitable solutions
Consulting for Cloud technologies
Designing, developing and delivering new platforms architecture, integration with legacy systems, enhancing existing architecture
Technology explorations, research and development, deep investigations and trouble shooting
Provide consultancy for ongoing projects, collecting business requirements, consulting
Experience with agile methods, along with having found their limitations and ways to overcome them
Experience to coach the engineering team to follow technical guidance and best-practices
Experience on Micro services
Requirements:
University graduate of Computer Science/IT-related field, preferably with major in Software/System engineering or relevant working experience in the field
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation with good command of written and spoken English
Ability to connect Blocks/Components
Knowledge of public cloud platforms – Google, AWS, Azure
Understanding of network, hardware and infrastructure topics
Working knowledge of building Micro services using a leading technology stack such as M, Spring Cloud, Spring Boot
Understanding of platform security topics including LDAP/AD integration
Knowledge of usage Design Tools (EA, Archimate, UML, IDA)
Knowledge of SDLC/Agile methods
Five years of experience in Designing Solutions
Proactive, can-do and open way of work as a must
Working with Confluence, JIRA, git, Jenkins, Sonar or similar tools used for collaboration and continuous integration
Additional skills:
Knowledge of the Data Modeling
Knowledge of the Operating Systems and Resource/Memory Management
DBA or SQL developer background
Experience of working with the MuleSoft
A good understanding of Enterprise Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF or others
Usage of monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Splunk
