HRO Personnel is a Human Resources service provider operating under number 6696. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

 

Solution Architect

Krakow

 

The new hire will be responsible for:

  • Guide the RFP Process for new products acting as the SME on how the product could be integrated into company environments.
  • Deployment of global solutions into local markets, working with core local integration teams
  • Work with Global Wealth Architecture to help design a solution that integrates with local country deployments and to have input to the technical integration design.
  • Work with Global and Local Channels Architecture to roadmap Wealth deliverables against new channel initiatives such as Global Services Platform, and increasing Mobile and Tablet functional coverage. Ensure efficiency of deliverables and minimize rework due to changes in target states.
  • Influence Global direction of Wealth taking into account local market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with the regional Solution Engineering team to help solicit requirements and come up with design patterns for integration
  • To work with and grow the Wealth Enterprise, to work alongside regional and global architecture
  • Work with Local and Global businesses to evolve and enhance the EMEA TFX proposition capabilities
  • Planning demise of local solutions and business processes and showing roadmaps towards target state
  • Ensuring deliverables are in line with company Architecture Standards and Governance. Challenging sub-optimal designs to ensure best outcomes are achieved.
  • Cover Archive & Demise initiatives across the programme. Identify right-size solutions out of existing Bank Offerings. Expect it won't be a one-size fits all.
  • Engage stakeholders to drive out requirements. (What Data do we need to keep, how long do we need to keep it for. Is it linked to Customer Retention?
  • Ensure we meet demise objectives.

 

Experience / Education

  • Have a system engineering background and the ability to compare and contrast different solutions to meet a business requirement
  • Provide technical thought leadership in evaluation of new technologies to meet business requirements and influence key stakeholders leading to adoption
  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability of organisational planning, resource mobilisation and problem solving.
  • Highly experienced in dealing with senior management
  • Experienced with operating in a global regulatory environment
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with competing and rapidly changing priorities.
  • Ability to develop cohesive working relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ability to bring analytical rigour and structure and effective solutions to poorly-defined problems
  • Strong communication skills – applicable through multiple channels (written, spoken, workshops, presentations)
  • Typical qualifications would include a Bachelor’s degree / equivalent experience
  • Proven capability as a Solution Architect in delivering large complex programmes
  • Ability to understand technology landscapes.
  • Passion for technology & understanding how things work
