Your duties

As a Software Sales Engineer, you should demonstrate energetic, honest personality with unusual social ease, a solid commitment to follow-through, and a good sense of humor.

Wymagania

Must-haves

• Be proficient in English
• Strong understanding of how technology can resolve business issues
• Methodical and inquisitive approach to answering technical questions
• Maintain existing customer relationships
• Identify and resolve customer issues (1st level support)
• Develop new strategies for acquiring new leads and customers
• Identify and validate customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
• Prepare sales presentations, offers and sales contracts
• Work closely with our technical support to assess defects, competitive software and new technology

Nice-to-haves

• Hold Bachelor’s degree
• At least two years’ IT industry experience in sales or support
• A self-learner and quick starter
• Capable of handling multiple assignments and work under pressure
• Outstanding interpersonal skills (communication, leadership, teamwork)

Preferred

• Good knowledge of sales force management system
• Experience working in a multinational environment
