Key Accountabilities:
- Lead development for large/complex projects to agreed timescales and standards.
- Apply in depth technical experience in the development of high quality applications/systems as per the requirement, on time and to Group and local standards.
- Design and document systems in accordance with requirements.
- Define and govern quality standards. Maintain expert knowledge in required technology area across multiple platforms.
- Build strong decision-making and problem solving skills within the required technology area across multiple platforms.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge JAVA/J2EE.
- Previous knowledge of the following technologies: Maven, Spring, Jenkins.
- Following experience will be a plus: AWS, PCF, MuleSoft, MongoDB, Cloud Computing Services, knowledge of digital technologies.
- Understanding of the development and testing principles, processes and methodologies (TTD, Agile).
- An understanding of distributed revision control systems and platforms (GIT/SVN).
- A high level of motivation, quick to learn and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to travel for short period and work with team members in different timezones.
- Fluent English.
