We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:
Software Engineer – FX MicroServices
Key Accountabilities:
- Development of new requirement’s following DevOps/Agile pipeline management (GitHUB, Jenkins etc),
- Maintain and improve current solutions in Java,
- Supporting L3 in PROD issues,
- Create and maintain documentation related to Functional / Technical or Business processes,
- Unit Testing and System Integrated Testing of related solutions.
Requirements:
- Min. 3 year experience in Software development (Java/J2EE etc. or equivalent)
- Experience in Linux (min 1-2 year’s)
- Experience in XML
- Experience in Oracle SQL
- Experience in WMB (IBM WebSphere Message Broker and Transformation Extender) was an advantage
- Experience in collaboration with Senior Management,
- Experience in working in a banking or IT environment will be an advantage,
- Experience with MQ,
- Fluent English (must have!), French (was an advantage),
- Self-driven and independent,
- Strong communications, organizational and negotiation skills,
- Ability to adopt to changing business environment,
- Ability to work within international environment,
- Ability to manage a complex workload, analytical mind-set,
- Knowledge of Payment business area (SEPA rules and ISO20022) was an advantage,
- DevOps pipeline management (experience in using GitHUB and Jenkins),
- Java/Sprintbot or Angular hands-on experience was an advantage and beneficial within day-to-day duties,
