Software development manager_Security
Software development manager will be responsible for product integration of access control / video management / PIDS / RADAR and integrated head-ends and 3Rd party integration of the electronic security subsystems. We are seeking for candidates with experience in software security management area (production, industrial automation etc.)

Description
This person will be responsible for:
- Test & validation of new detection technologies
- Agile Process owner
- Manages Product Lifecycle Management process (PLM)
- On site assessment of technology requirements in projects
- General assistance, system design and support to the Global Product Development department
- International onsite support and travel required as per project scope
- Manage projects to ensure project goals and customer expectations are met
- Deliver user training sessions and assist in the development of customer driven training documentation
- Provide front line customer support and troubleshooting for all reported issues
- Complete basic tender and proposal documentation (specifications)
Profile
Successful candidate has:
- Experience deploying and supporting security software applications
- People Manager - experience in managing engineers is a must
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting enterprise networks
- Experience with Windows Server, SQL Server, Linux and VM environments
- Experience with Cloud Based environments
- Full understanding of enterprise systems, environments and key drivers
- Experience in SaaS a plus
- International mindset with experience in multi-lingual, multicultural systems is a must
- Excellent English both spoken and written, additional European languages are a strong plus
Technical skills:
- Experience in (some of) the following: C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, Python, CSS, ASP.NET, GIT, TFS, HTML5, JQuery, C++, DevOps, Agile, Typescript, Angular, React, Vue.js, .NET Core, Azure, REST, Linux
- Deep understanding of Cloud oriented software offerings
- Relevant Microsoft or Networking Certification
- Experience with security products (nice to have but this is not a must)
