The Global Modelling & Analytics Group (GMAG) is responsible for producing state-of-the-art pricing, trading and risk management models for Credit Suisse. These models are used across a range of business in the Fixed Income and Equity Divisions.
To support ongoing growth of GMAG we are curently looking for:
Software Developer/Team Lead
This role encompasses the following activities:
- Supervise the day-to-day work of a team of six (approx) highly talented software developers
- Promote an efficient and productive team environment
- Motivate and develop the members of the team
- Assist in integrating the team into the wider global group
- Report on progress, status and issues to management
- Develop and maintain software tools for:
* the groups build/test/release workflow management process
* automated component use monitoring and analysis
* automated build/test/release processes
* testing frameworks and test material
- Develop and maintain the core low level software libraries used across the modelling group

Wymagania
• Good understanding of commercial software development processes and distributed team development of large complex code bases
• Experience with C++, Microsoft Excel and the Visual Studio development environment with a solid OO design foundation
• Ideally the candidate will have experience with some of COM, C#/ASP.Net, Rational ClearCase (or other SCM solution), XML/XSLT, web application development, virtualization, side by side, mission critical systems and UI design skills
• Desired Database/Oracle knowledge
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A team-player with a positive co-operative attitude
• Fluency in English
