Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for:
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you need to have 5+ years of work experience in the Agile software development environment and 3+ years of work experience in complex software projects delivery management/ software team management. We are looking for person with technical background (preferably experienced in software development), in-depth understanding of software development lifecycle. Of course working understanding of software project delivery methodologies and ALM is a must.
As you will be part of international company, fluent English is mandatory

- Manage delivery of multiple software products, supporting teams in Agile development process
- Develop and optimise tools and processes necessary for efficient and effective software project delivery
- Prioritise and scope software releases
- Identify risks and develop risk mitigation strategies with the teams
- Cooperate closely with development teams (approx.. 50 people) as well as Product Owner and customers
- Provide status reporting to company management
