The position of SharePoint specialist and General Assistant in Group Technology (GT) is vacant for a colleague with direct, hands-on experience providing support of SharePoint sites. We are looking for person with great potential and capabilities to manage and coordinate projects SharePoint sites related to GT Projects of our Client in the engineering section. This is big opportunity for you to have visible impact on improving management and quality of documentation among the Group Technology.
As a part of our Group Technology team, you will be responsible for: creating and maintaining SharePoint sites for about 100 ongoing projects, assistance in SharePoint end users in establishing, utilising, and maintaining collaboration sites, including the managing of permissions, lists, views, libraries, and web parts, develop workflows and improve processes of SharePoint use in Group Technology, follow-up on project status with project managers, project execution in accordance with Gate Model
You will be a good match if you: Have Superuser experience of SharePoint, know the opportunities of SharePoint tool in managing projects documentation, are able to develop and provide SharePoint collaboration training to end users, are creative to improve workflows to automate processes, use English on daily basis, are open for business trips up to 40 days during the year.
Additional skills that would be welcome: Ability to create workflows, have experience with Quality Management System in production company, have experience in using Microsoft Office tools
The Client offers: telephone and laptop, Flexible start hours 7.00 - 9.00, New office in the center of PoznaÅ„ (in our office we have: raised desks - the possibility of standing work, chill-out rooms with play station, table football, games or places to rest and also fresh fruits), Contract for a 3-month trial period and after a positive opinion the contract is for an indefinite period, Medicover and MyBenefit (cafeteria system) - including the option to choose Multisport, Company focus on the work – life balance.
