For our Client, international Swedish company located in Katowice we are currently looking for IT Technician with German language.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for handling standard and non-standard requests (TechIT, Virtualisation, Security, BlackBerry, etc), analyzing and solving simple and complex incidents, identifying, diagnosing and solving problems independently and/or together with other support teams. You will participate in various IT Projects, follow the implemented processes (ITIL) as well as contribute to continuous improvement of the daily work.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful candidate you need to hold at least 1-2 years of professional experience as IT Support/ Technician/ Service Desk for international clients. You need to hold the ability to understand client related issues, troubleshoot issues together with client development, network, datacentre or application teams. You should hold Bachelor degree, hold knowledge of MS Windows 10 and Office 365 as well as in SCCM and in Active Directory. You should have good understanding of Network and Application environments. Having ITIL v3 Foundation certificate would be a plus. It is essential to hold very good English and German language skills.
