For our Client, international organization specialized in the area of medical device, clinical solutions and innovations dedicated to radiation therapy, radiosurgery and brachytherapy, we are looking for candidates for a position of Service Operation Team Leader. Candidate will join the newly created team in the structure of Shared Service and will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring and evaluating objectives of assigned Service Operation Team servicing EMEA region. Other tasks will include building and managing a subordinate team, managing administration activities to ensure proper running of operations related to Business Units Field Service activities, developing operational service as a business, ensuring effective cooperation and communication in the team and with all stakeholders, seeking and implementing ways to achieve set targets and working out alternative ways of achieving set targets, as well as supporting and encouraging team to accept and realise ambitious goals. We require min. 3 years of experience on a similar position in the technical services/ field service in Life Science companies or technical/ technological companies, optionally in customer service area. We are looking for a person with experience in coordination service administration operation/technical or field service. We expect working knowledge of SAP, Movex or other data system management and also working knowledge of SALESFORCE/ SERVICE MAX systems; excellent knowledge of English is a must, additionally French or/and German will be an asset Our Client offers the salary of 10.000 – 12.000 PLN gross (depending on previous experience ad qualifications), medical care, life insurance and sport card.
