Service Management Coordinator
Location: Częstochowa, GliwiceYour tasks:
- Ensures Operational Service Management by delivering required capabilities.
- Implementing frameworks (e.g. processes and roles), the modeling of services (trees)
- Price calculation, the Service Request Catalog, process automation (Request fulfillment)
- Definition of OLA's and reporting throughout the whole service lifecycle (plan, build, transition, operate)
- Collaborates with Service Managers, operational Experts and IT Service Management Tool Provider
- Maintains Service Operations data Supports Service Managers in the definition of new and changed IT services
- Consults the WIO organization to increase Service Management maturity and a cross functional perspective of services
- Determines potentials to improve the performance and quality in the operational processes, e.g. fields of potential automatisms
Your profile:
- Master degree, IT or related preffered
- Raporting and Operational Service Management experience
- Strong background of ITIL
- Proficient with oral and written English
- General knowledge of best practices, commonly-used procedures and project management
