We are looking for Service/Incident Manager, who will work on projects for our Client - one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world, providing a comprehensive range of financial services to around 60 million customers.
Main tasks
- Main Communication contact point between Business Owner and related Teams
- Responsible for the Quality of the Service
- Ensures that proper Product Support Model is in charge
- Regularly Monitors the Service Performance
- Responsible for Evergreening & Audits and applying the changes
- Responsible for Resolution of Incidents and Problems
Requirements:
- Technical IT background covering multiple platforms
- System engineering background
- Manage, resolve and remediate production issues
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability of organizational planning, resource mobilization, and problem-solving
- Fluent English
Nice to have:
- Experience with programming e.g. Java or other Object Oriented Programming languages
- Experience with Messaging Technologies, Middleware Components, Unix
