Your new company
For our Client, international IT Center located in Katowice, we are currently looking for IT Support Specialist with German.


Your new role
Holding this position you will investigate, resolve and/or escalate of all tickets reported to the Service Desk. You will act as ticket owner and lead communication with requestor for ticket life cycle, achieve a high level resolution rate and create adequate documentation. You will be responsible for initial assessment of the incident or service request and resolve issues. You will cooperate with 2nd level local onsite support in case physical intervention required.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful Candidate you need to hold university degree, fluent English and German knowledge and around 3 years of experience in IT Service Desk. You must have knowledge of IT infrastructure components as well as basic business process understanding. Additionally, you should poses good communication and interpersonal skills with clear service orientation.
