Global Delivery Team supporting Cloud Services is looking for a Service Desk Operator. We deliver disaster recovery solution over 15 countries worldwide as a 24/7 service. Our team includes also Service Management Team, Technical Team, Analyst and Delivery Management. Service Desk operator is responsible to handles emails, ensures on time support, monitor situation worldwide and ensures that all actions and tickets are logged and assigned accordingly with their severity. You need to be responsible and motivated to build your career in IT environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle technical queries and problem calls from end users and other (IT) teams
- Act as a team member of International and multicultural organization
- Follow appropriate problem, incident & change management processes
- Strive for IT Security compliance and maintain an appropriate level of awareness
- Work as a true member of a team with a shared workload and tasks
Expected qualifications:
- Good command in English verbal and written
- At least Bachelor’s Degree (Master degree preferred)
- Service Delivery orientation
- Very high interpersonal abilities and communication skills
- Organized, structured approach
- 24/7 position (day shift / night shift)
