We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst for one of the financial companies.
The main tasks for this role is to provide support to end users through and diagnose software and hardware problems. This role is also about interaction with second line support or external vendors in all tasks related to IT infrastructure and application problems.
We are looking for a person who has at least 1 years of experience from a similar position or a bachelor’s degree in computer science. Fluent English is a must. We are looking for flexible, open minded person, who is customer oriented.
Our Client offers contract of employment, benefits package, possibility to grow inside organisation. This role do not require night shifts.
