For our Client, well-recognised manufacturer of construction materials, we are currently looking for a person interested in the role of Service Desk Agent with French.

Your new role
As Service Desk Agent you will investigate, resolve and/or escalate of all tickets reported to the Service Desk and act as ticket owner and leads communication with requestor for ticket life cycle. You will also achieve a high 1st level resolution rate w/ adequate documentation as well as resolve in case possible and in line with internal procedures and personal authorization level. You will be responsible for escalating to 2nd level/dispatching local onsite support in case physical intervention required too.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a successful applicant you need to have at least 2 years of experience in IT Service Desk, university degree and knowledge of IT infrastructure components. Moreover, fluent French in speaking and writing as well as communicative English is a must.
