For our Client, an international company located in Kraków, we are looking for Service Delivery Team Manager.
Within this position you will be responsible for service delivery, change management and people management field. Your duties will include organizing and monitoring current operations and SLAs, managing workloads in the team and measuring the level of internal client satisfaction. You will be also responsible for analyzing data on the output of the team's work and identifying issues or trends connected to errors, time-consuming tasks, under or over capacity. Your duties will also include initiating and participating in recruitment processes, training new employees, reviewing and evaluating performance.
We are looking for a person with fluency in English (level – C1 min.) and previous experience in managing group of 5 - 10 people (at least 1 year). The successful candidate should be also self-motivated, results-oriented, well-organized and have an ability to act as a subject matter expert also be proactive and supportive for each team member.
