Service Delivery Manager:
- ensures that service delivery meets agreed service levels;
- manages cost/spending on Account;
- reports service results, drives improvement actions;
- builds community channels within Account and Delivery organization;
- builds Quality and Governance of Client Delivery;
- diagnoses service delivery problems and initiates actions to maintain or improve levels of service;
- establishes and maintains Security Management, Risk Management and Compliance Management;
- establishes and maintains operational methods, procedures and facilities in assigned area of responsibility and reviews them regularly for effectiveness and efficiency;
- balancing factory resources for projects and steady state support activities.
Job Requirements
- should have at least 5 years’ experience in Service Delivery area;
- experience in working in international environment, either abroad or in Poland;
- strong customer orientation;
- proactive attitude;
- very good leadership skills;
- Msc. university degree preferred in computer science;
- English spoken/written at least at B2 level. German or French would be an advantage;
- Project Management experience would be an advantage;
- open and clear communication skills;
- ITIL Certification;
- ability to travel abroad.
