Service Delivery Manager (Travel Sector)

Key Responsibilities:
- Share knowledge with business customers:
- Organize workshops, and best practices session
- Coach the customer deployment / implementation teams
- Coordinate and manage special implementation projects (main customer roll-out plan, mass feature activation, maintenance script…)
- Delivery consultancy:
- Audit and recommendations on e-Travel Management and citric features and processes
- Conduct Site review
- Ensure high level adoption by the customers in providing appropriate assistance on the daily activities.
Service Delivery Manager actively participates to complex problem investigation and cross functional requirements:
- Identify and prioritize critical issues, problems and root causes
- Participation in investigation
- Present complex analysis results in client meetings
- Able to deal with all stakeholders (product, support, development an account management teams)
Superior technical and interpersonal skills targeted at providing excellence in service and ensuring client retention:
- Manage client relationship
- Identify potential upsell activities for consulting and optimization missions
- Monitor business impact of implemented actions on business performance and efficiency
- Knowledge of GDSs (Global Distribution System)
- Online booking tools
- Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills)
- Accountability (Takes responsibility for achieving results that have a clear positive impact on business performance, owning resolution of obstacles)
- Change Management (Discusses needed changes with a view to the future, creates commitment and enthusiasm towards the goal and actively anticipates / manages resistance)
- Customer Focus (Can apply to external or internal customers)
- Multicultural approach (Works effectively with people from different backgrounds / cultures to accomplish business objectives, valuing and gaining benefit from the diversity of ideas / perspectives in a multi-cultural environment)
- Proactivity (Initiates and leads new approaches without needing to be told to do so and proactively addresses risks)
- Ability to cooperate in one or several group(s) of work and bring efficient contribution
- Travel Sector knowledge an previous experience is a must
- Fluent in English (Ability to produce effective, well-structured and detailed documentation.)
