Service Transition Coordinator will own the transition of customers through the transition life cycle between Ricoh and their customers.More importantly you will be responsible for the following:

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this position you need to have excellent written and spoken fluency in English, good planning and organizing skills and be customer focused with recognized customer service and communication skills to be able to establish relationships with a range of stakeholders. We are looking for a Candidate with working knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ITSM toolset and incident management knowledge/experience.

Your new role
Service Transition Coordinator will own the transition of customers through the transition life cycle between Ricoh and their customers.More importantly you will be responsible for the following:
- Engage with all suppliers and stakeholders as required to complete production and approval of all service transition documentation
- Liaising with internal and external customers to capture requirements
- Schedule customer workshops with key stakeholders
- Document Service Desk and Application Support Operations procedures captured during the customer workshops
- Document and publish Transition plans
- Coordinate and carry out User Acceptance Testing
- Document outcomes of any UAT sessions and report defects
Key performance measures:
- Documented and communicated pipeline of transitions
- Fully Documented Library of service operations and transition documents
- Regular Communication to key stakeholders
- Published UAT outcomes and defects
