Service Analyst
Location: Poznań
Job type: Contract B2B
Responsibilities:
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify data trends, with Excel in particular
- Compile data from various sources, identifying trends and outliers, and making recommendations for improvements and additional focus
- Outputs from analysis should be visualised and presented in a manner to facilitate ease of understanding by various target audiences
- Manage VoC Survey process within specified timelines
- 2 years of experience analysing data using Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and oral communications skills (English)
- Other European languages would be advantageous
- Experience analysing data to identify trends and outliers; experience with report development and visualisation
- Demonstrated experience analysing business process using data; identification of problem areas and optimization opportunities
