On behalf of Next Generation Recruitment, Polish brand Davis Nolan is looking for Senior Transfer Agent who is willing to relocate to Dublin. Our client has a Global Reputation within the Funds Industry – They provide Fund Administration, Investor Relations and Middle Office Services to clients.
The successful applicant for this position will work as part of the Transfer Agency team servicing a number of key client relationships. You will be involved in processing investor transactions, completing daily cash reconciliations and payments and communicating with investors directly.
Your role and responsibilities:
- Act as the initial point of contact to the investor
- Administration of investor queries
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions and delivery of investor reporting
- Completion of daily cash reconciliations
- Preparation of payment instructions
- Completion of reconciliation packs
- Support senior members as required
Essential skills for this role:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role incorporating the above functions
- An ability to work to and meet agreed deadlines
- An accountancy qualification would be an advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and written communications skills
- Strong PC skills including Word, Excel and Access (Experience on Paxus an advantage)
