You will be responsible for implementation of test automation strategy and training of the project team.

Responsibilities:
(The proportion of duties depends on the stories in a sprint)
- 80-90% automated testing and coaching
- 10-20% manual testing
- Project methodology: transition from Waterfall to Agile (currently: Scrum)
- Technologies: .Net, C#, DWH, GUI, MS SQL/Oracle, Jira/Quality Center
Your offer:
Essential
- Experience in designing and developing a test automation framework for a .NET or similar application
- An understanding of the individual test levels and how test automation can be used to improve overall quality
- Experience in leading a test automation feasibility for an application
- Experience with developing test automation in an agile methodology
- Sound experience in operational know-how of Test Processes, including test preparation/execution planning, test case creation/execution and reporting
- Familiarity with software development methodology and release processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (professional proficiency)
- Hands on analytical and problem solving skills
- Team player, highly dedicated and committed
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science or similar
Desirable
- Experience with GUI and DWH automation
- Knowledge in scripting (e.g. VBScript, Python) and/or Object-Orientated programming languages (e.g. C#, VB.net)
- Knowledge of MS SQL or Oracle
- Practical experience in Continuous Integration
- Experience of using JIRA or Quality Centre (or equivalent tools)
- Software development experience
- Stress/performance testing know-how
- Financial industry knowledge
- Testing qualification such as ISTQB, ISEB etc.
