You will be a good match if you have:
- Advanced knowledge and experience of supporting multiple mobile end point platforms such as iOS, Android, Windows 10, Mac OS X or BlackBerry 10
- Advanced level knowledge and hands-on experience with one of the following: Windows 2008/2012 Server, Windows XP/7/8 and/or Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2013, Lotus Notes Client and/or Microsoft Outlook, and/or Apple OS/X environment, Apple sync services and how it functions (Exchange experience is preferred)
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Servers
- Very good English
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- Solid knowledge of program flow and platform specific servers and possesses awareness of current top issues, options for relief, and requirement for data collection
As a part of our team, you will:
- Provide technical support to the Analysts on our products and services as well as several other enterprise technologies
- Respond to situations where second line product support teams have failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning product or software
- Provide troubleshooting of issues and reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to the design engineering/software engineering
- Analyze diagnostic log files from our server software
- Determine appropriate steps for the Technical Support team
- Provide root cause analysis of customer issues
